Our care extends beyond services into true connection, from sensory-friendly events like trick -or-treating and Santa pictures, to school supply support, birthday and get-well cards, and Thanksgiving meal vouchers that show families they are never alone. Families also have the comfort of choosing their caregiver whenever possible, building trust and familiarity from the start, while our supervisory nurses become part of the family - closely involved and ensuring care is delivered the way you want it. For children with frequent hospital stays, we provide financial relief to the caregiver during those stays to help remove financial burden. Behind it all, our client coordinators are available 16 hours a day to support caregivers, troubleshoot clock-in and scheduling needs, arrange fill-ins when needed, and keep families informed - making care feel simple supported, and truly connected.
